Unlike virtual tours that use a wide angle lens that distorts a room’s size, my Walkthrough Tour will give an accurate representation of your home. I also utilize state of the art aerial drone photography and video.
3. Internet Marketing
Along with photography and video, you need a presence online to capture the attention of those buyers. Besides the multiple listing service, I utilize social media such as YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest to get your home viewed.
4. Intelligent Pricing
Determining the best asking price can be a challenging aspect of selling a home. I will provide you with information on recent sales from the area and work with you to establish your list price and marketing plan.
I will search the multiple listing service and obtain a list of agents that have a saved search which matches your home (i.e. number of bedrooms, baths, area) and I will contact those agents with your homes information.
6. Electronic Lockbox
When an agent shows your home, I am emailed their contact information with a time and date stamp. I am then able to contact them for feedback and provide you their responses.
